Paul Galant

Paul Galant, our advisor, is a senior business leader with more than three decades of experience in financial services and technology domain. He is currently an Operating Partner with Michael Klein & Co and a Senior Advisor at McKinsey. In addition,
Mr. Galant also serves as President of New Markets at MultiPlan Corp, a company that he helped take public through a merger with Churchill Capital III, a special purpose acquisition company. He has deep operational expertise across payments, consumer credit, merchant acquiring, transaction processing, e-commerce, platform services and capital markets.
Previously, Mr. Galant was the CEO of Brightstar and an Operating Partner at SoftBank. He has also served as CEO at Verifone and Citigroup Institutional and Consumer Bank divisions, and held business head roles at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Smith Barney and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Mr. Paul has a B.S. in Economics from Cornell University, where he was a Philip Merrill Presidential Scholar.
